You can control all the email traffic on a LAN.

All webmasters or those responsible for a LAN of any size need a tool like Any@Mail 2.2. It lets you control and monitor the email traffic on that network, monitoring it so you can manage and store any message.

The program is capturing all the informaiton packets sent via the LAN at all times, removing those that aren't emails.

At all times, in real time, the network administrator can preview and capture an email from a PC, saving it in a database to which you can apply diverse filters until you find the desired email.
